Meet Attorney Bo Bankston
Hello. I am the founder of Bankston Legacy Law, a boutique law office serving the estate planning needs of Tennessee families.
I'm a native Tennessean, born here in Nashville, raised in Hendersonville, attended Goodpasture Christian for middle school and graduated from Beech High School in Hendersonville. I earned my Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and my law degree from the Nashville School of Law.
I managed an Arbitration and Mediation business in Nashville for several years focusing on alternative dispute resolution prior to opening a solo practice in 2007. It's easy to put off taking the time to put your family's affairs in order. I understand that, but as a lawyer, I've seen firsthand how important it is to have the right plan in place. Married to Kristin Bankston, we live here in beautiful middle Tennessee where we are raising our three daughters. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my daughters in their respective sports, playing golf and cheering on the University of Tennessee athletics.
